How to Enable and Disable Birthday Notifications on Facebook

If there’s one thing you do on social media, it might be wishing your Facebook friends a “Happy Birthday.” To ensure you don’t miss that special day in their life, here’s how to get notifications for birthdays on Facebook.

We’ll explain how to turn on birthday notifications and turn them off again if you change your mind. Plus, we’ll show you how to do both in the Facebook mobile app, website, and desktop application.

Staying up to date with birthdays is easy if you use the mobile app. Open the Facebook app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad to start.

Facebook Birthday Notifications on the Web

Adjusting your birthday notifications on the Facebook website might be a more convenient option for you. If so, it takes only a few steps.
